First Day of Unleavened Bread of Christ

The First Day of Unleavened Bread continues the commemoration of the crucifixion and life of Jesus Christ, who was and is the unleavened bread of sincerity, truth and eternal life.

DATE: Thursday April 6, 2023.

TIME: Worship services 10:30 am (approx. 1.5 hrs). Arrival from 10 am.

* A financial offering will be collected during the service for those wishing to make an offering.

VENUE: Caversham Community Centre, 135 Suffolk St, Caversham.

LUNCH: Potluck lunch afterwards. Please do not bring leavened foods.

Immediately following services, we will have a potluck meal. Please bring something to share.

EVERYONE WHO WISHES TO ATTEND IS INVITED. THIS IS A NON-DENOMINATIONAL CELEBRATION WITH ATTENDEES FROM DIFFERENT CHURCHES.

THEREFORE REGISTRATION IS A MUST SO THAT WE CAN MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS FOR SEATING AND FOR THE MEAL.

(In keeping with the season, we ask that you bring unleavened foods and snacks. All drinks must be non-alcoholic beverages due to venue requirements.)
